3 Days Safari to Murchison Falls Via Ziwa

Our guide will welcome you in Entebbe and begin your 3-day safari to Murchison Falls via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Enjoy a scenic drive through the countryside to Ziwa for an exciting rhino tracking experience. Then continue to Murchison Falls National Park for game drives, a boat cruise on the Nile, and a visit to the stunning falls. This short safari is packed with wildlife, adventure, and natural beauty.

Day 1: Pickup from Entebbe and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa for Rhinos, Top of the Falls Visit.

Leave Entebbe in the morning for the start of your 3 days Murchison Falls safari. Along the way we stop at Ziwa rhino sanctuary where they are working at reintroducing rhinos to Uganda. Here you go for a trek to see these impressive animals. Have lunch along the way, top of the falls visit and continue on to the lodge by Murchison Falls national park.

Day2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise on the Nile River.

In the early morning we head out for a game-drive as we continue our 3 days Murchison Falls safari, where you have the chance of seeing Big cats hunting, Elephants, Giraffes, Buffalos, plus more as the checklist of mammals reaches 76. We continue browsing the Drive circuits to the Delta point for a cocktail of Birds and mammals. After the game-drive we go for lunch before it is time for 3 hour boat ride to the base of the falls where you get to see the Hippos (You have never seen more hippos yawning, Grooming in there Pods anywhere else than here- Believe me you)! Nile Crocodiles, Elephants and a variety of beautiful bird species along the banks. If you are a keen birder this might be your magnet to catch them. This is a grand start to your visit in this Great Animal home.

Day 3: Transfer back to Entebbe for evening flight.

After morning breakfast, you will check out and begin your journey back to Entebbe. Enjoy the scenic drive through Uganda’s beautiful countryside, passing by towns, villages, and rolling hills. You may have a stop for lunch or to stretch along the way. You will arrive in Entebbe in the afternoon or early evening, in time for your flight. If your flight is late at night or the next day, a night stay in Entebbe can be arranged.
